1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Skinology Lab AZ, a cosmetic laser clinic operating in Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona.

By booking an appointment, visiting our website at skinologylab.net, communicating with us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, or receiving any treatment at our clinics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Our Services

Skinology Lab offers non-surgical, medical-grade aesthetic treatments including:

• CO2 Fractional Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) Non-Surgical Lifting
• Micro-Needling
• Medical Grade Chemical Peels
• Spot & Freckle Lightening Facials
• Personalized Skin Treatment Plans

All treatments are performed by trained aesthetic specialists. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate for a specific client. This decision is always made in the interest of your safety and wellbeing.

We reserve the right to change our service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 USD is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

• This deposit is applied toward your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the original appointment time.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where the client does not attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Skinology Lab, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and honest information about your health, skin type, medications, allergies, and prior cosmetic or medical procedures.
• Disclose any changes to your health or medications before each session.
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at our discretion.
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our team.
• Notify us promptly of any discomfort, adverse reactions, or concerns following a treatment.
• Be 18 years of age or older, or have a parent/guardian present and consenting if under 18.

Failure to disclose relevant health information that leads to an adverse reaction is the sole responsibility of the client. Skinology Lab accepts no liability in such circumstances.

5. Informed Consent

Before every treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form covering:

• The nature and purpose of the treatment
• Known risks, side effects, and contraindications
• Expected results and recovery timeline
• Consent for clinical photography (separate from marketing consent)

No treatment will be performed without your informed consent. Consent to use your before & after photos for marketing purposes is completely separate and entirely voluntary. Declining this does not affect the quality of your care in any way.

6. Results

Skinology Lab is committed to the highest standard of care. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Individual results vary based on skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, and the number of sessions completed.

Before and after images on our website and social media represent individual client results and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay — for deposit payments at the time of booking
• Cash — required for the remaining balance on the day of your appointment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only during the specified promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on skinologylab.net — including text, images, logos, treatment descriptions, before & after photography, and videos — is the exclusive property of Skinology Lab AZ and is protected by applicable US copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Skinology Lab and its team shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Adverse reactions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the client
• Damages resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Loss of earnings or opportunity resulting from treatment downtime

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, on an individual — not class action — basis.
